Complementary Building Consultation
Our custom home building process starts with our complimentary building consultation session. We will meet with you to explain each step of the building process including questions about lot selection and design. The design of your home should reflect your style and be built around how you live. We always look forward to uncovering these unique qualities with every home that we build. We will follow up with you and provide a complimentary cost estimate and a project timeline for your custom home.
Lot Selection
We have worked with clients that come to us already having a lot purchased, and clients that have yet to find the perfect location. We are happy to walk any lot with you to share our opinion and offer design insights that we have learned to identify from experience!
Build
With with design details finalized and a project timeline set, we start construction on your home. As General Contractor, Corey not only takes the lead on the project, but he is also on site every day during construction. You can expect frequent communication with us to keep you up-to-date on the progress of your new home and allow for you to ask questions whenever they come to mind.
Final Walk Through
When your custom home is complete, we will give you a hands-on tour of your new home. We’ll answer all of your questions and familiarize you with every aspect of your new home.
